Minecraft Dungeons - Hero Edition (PS4)

I will leave other reviews to review the game.My daughter and I play co-op style games together. Portal knights, regular Minecraft, etc.Bought this to try it out.Played it shed loads, and definitely got my moneys worth and some, out of it.More a me game, than a her game though. Not quite completed it, but she'd rather move onto something else.For me it's 'one more go', explore it all, equipment upgrades, and simply to complete it. For her it's nah, explore & investigate, but fail twice ... and, stop.Some levels are quite long, and to fail on them close to the end can be frustrating.Good fun playing it though, fake shout outs at one another for eating food, or getting arrows much needed by the other, just to annoy them. Or always wading in to attack the mobs first, or why is it the other one always gets better drops? Like Always!And also, cheers for coming to my aid with that stone golem and those mobs, or thanks for those healing totems.And get the pig, get the pig.And don't stand there, why? Oh, minecraft cart. Damn.And I pressed the button, I told you I was pressing the button, its not my fault the flames killed you ... yeah but did you give me a chance to run away before pressing the button? No.Was it deliberate, possibly.Was it payback? Definitely.Worth the money for the enjoyment and the spending time with her factors alone.Happy days really.Now to find the next game to enjoy.

I wanted to show my gratitude so, here is what I liked and disliked!: Liked: I think that the armour is a great detail, And extremely helpful too, When I wrote this I had the grim armour. The new weapons are very fun to use! My current best ones are the venom klave and pickaxe, Pickaxe is my favourite but the klave is quite powerful too. The enemies were fun! But the enderman confuses me, they attack when you haven’t directly looked them in the eye, But then again, It’d just straight up let you avoid ‘em! Dislikes: Not many, The only thing I disliked is the lack of customisation. This game is a flat out 5 stars for me! I hope this was a helpful review! Really enjoy two player mode on this with my son on his PS5... great fun! Plenty of battling and exploring.... it's not complicated although is challenging in later stages. Fair selection of armour and weapons to be collected in order to enhance fighting ability. Not that it has the same depth of play, but the atmosphere of it brings back fond memories of RPG (AD&D etc) 30+ years ago during my misspent youth!

I bought this as a gift for a Minecraft fan. I have not played myself as it is not my type of game but it was very well received and I am told it is a lot of fun. This edition comes with some of the expansions included, which was also appreciated.

I bought this game for my son as a Christmas present and he loves it, he has the normal version on the PS4 which he loves a lot and he wanted this version too and he really enjoys it. Would recommend to any Minecraft fan out there
