Great product, but the it came with just one usb modular battery instead of two as indicated. I couldn't get a hold of the product support for the missing battery. I intend to get 2more of this product, but not until I get the missing battery. I won't mind paying for another battery if only they can tell me where to get it.

Helicopter was extremely well packed so it arrived in perfect condition. The helicopter itself was better than expected! Excellent handling due to onboard gyro that keeps the chopper very stable . Durable components make this a fun to fly and small crashes a non issue. Highly recommended! 100 percent satisfaction.

very cool little product for the price. the grandkids are super stoked over the detail of the chopper.

Takes some time to get good at it, but it's tough and a lot of fun to fly! I was impressed with the two batteries it came with (that recharge!) along with the spare blades and propellers. It even came with a small screwdriver to replace the remote control batteries.

The helicopter model is great. Looks believable and is a decent size. I could do without the lights, but kids probably love them, and you can turn them off in the daytime anyway. The thing feels sturdy enough to handle a fall inside onto carpet. Should be fine in grass outside, but I would not suggest taking it outside on a windy day. Not large or heavy enough to combat the wind. I did not receive a manual with mine. I had no clue what anything on the controller did aside from the power button and sticks. Not sure if I got an open-box or something, but no manual is a big deal. Some people might not be used to RC helicopters, coaxial or not, and they would struggle here. The next thing I dislike are the batteries. I got two in the box as I should have and I installed one into the helicopter. Snaps in and out for rapid changing, but I fear the latching mechanism might fail one day. The big problem however, is that there is no charging indicator. I just ran the first battery down and plugged it into the USB-C charger I use for various things. No lights. No gauge. Nothing to indicate that it is fully charged that I can see. Being that I have no clue what the capacity of the battery is or the charging rate, I have no clue when it will be done. This is a MAJOR issue in my book. Beyond that, it's not a bad product for $40. I spent $39.99 plus shipping when I purchased it. Assuming the batteries hold up for a few years and nothing just wears out or strips, I believe it is a good bang for your buck.

El elicoptero realmente supero mis expectativas no podría creer que vuele casi se me pierde ya que volo tan alto y cayo en la terraza de tres pisos del vecino, bueno compartir con mi nieto y juntos fue una experiencia maravilloso la entrega fuera del país fue tal como indica el la foto de amazon con todas sus componentes la recomiendo se felicita a la empresa por su seriedad y desde luego a Amazon por tener empresarios con ética
