The product does vibrate as advertised which is the only reason I gave it one star.The adjustment mechanism is the worst I've ever seen in decades of wearing rings. It lasted one use before one of the “buckles” came off of the ring. It’s also a clunky design and very, very difficult to use. My husband needed help getting it on and it’s the least intuitive closure I’ve ever seen.
