I was a bit unsure of these but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. They appear to be a quality made item and with the additional cotton insert gloves are extremely comfortable to use. Unlike the older stainless chain mail gloves, these offer a far superior grip and as I’m getting on a bit, the lower weight ratio and snug fit make these ideal. I use mine when cutting and forming sheet metal, especially thinner gauges where even the best shears leave a sharp burr. These have never let me down and when using a separate pair for food prep, stop my arthritic hands getting cut if I’m a bit clumsy. Easy to use, comfortable and they do stop you getting cut. Win-win. I would recommend these gloves.

This is a rather effective glove for personal use but I must warm that cleaning these gloves are a nightmare, far from simple as chainmail due to the multiple layers of material that makes the glove so if you're cutting poultry or offal, you'll get bits all in the glove which is difficult to take out even when putting into a washing machine on a cold wash. (I won't chance using a high heat in case it wears out the materials quicker).

These gloves are excellent for multiple uses.I bought them for De-hooking large pike but have used them when Metal detecting ,and also sharpening my cutting tools!

The 3 pack comes with only 1 mesh glove. Annoying (when it says "gloves") in the description. Also quite small. Go 1 size up.
