I started feeling better, and happier within days of using this. My sleep is much better as well. When your b vitamins are low, it can cause insomnia. My energy levels have went up also. I have been feeling really sluggish for a while now. Low energy. I purchased this product a week ago and have taken the recommended dosage every day. It has a great flavor. I place it under my tongue and let it absorb. I bought the strawberry flavor. Reminds me of the Flinstone Vitamins as a child. I can feel a big difference. Very effective. I have more energy. I'm more alert and it's only been a week. I would recommend this product.

This is probably a good product but I was a little disappointed in that the advertising is a little misleading. The ad said you only need five drops of this, and on the packaging it clearly says one and a half droppers full. The Taste is not that bad, but it is that typical vitamin taste. I'm waiting to see if this gives me any energy.

Works as effectively as other liquid B complex vitamins with excellent ingredients, but flavor not as desirable as my usual brand, though still satisfactory.

This stuff tastes horrible and smells just as bad. I can smell it even with the top sealed. It made be good for you if you can stomach it, but I can't

Very nice taste and easy to self administer which the dropper. Pleasant raspberry flavor with no lingering aftertaste. Hoping this sublingual vitamin will boost by B12 levels.

I like the option of the liquid instead of a pill or a shot, but if you don’t mix it with some kind of flavored drink it tastes pretty bad. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the taste.
