If you want to use this for someone who is sick and lying down a lot, this will not work because pee just pools up in the cup and leaks onto underwear and bed. There needs to be some suction device for rise lying down. If you are constantly standing and using this, then gravity will do its job and this will work just fine. But i feel most people probably don't need this if they are always standing.

Does not stay in place. Leaks badly when not perfectly in place.

We were looking for some kind of solution for my father in law who is bedridden. The product comes in 4 “pieces”. It comes with the cup, the cotton “underwear" that can be buttoned to the cup, catheter and 2 urine bags. It is very complete and it worked for us. One thing to mention is that you have to learn how to place the cup and button appropriately. FYI the balls go inside the cup for it to stick to the skin tightly and not leak.

This item is a complete urine collector system that can be used during the day or night. I am using it for when I go places in the car. I take a water pill and when I do, I go to the bathroom very often. I avoid going out. I am trying this collector to see how well it works for me when I need to do errands. As well, it may be better than the bottle I use for long car trips. I found it to fit well with the velcro like connectors. The hopper is easy to install too. Key is to have the bag lower to the ground than the hopper. I've used it a few times now where I USED it and I have to say it works well. There was no leakage or mess. That was my main concern, as no one wants to visibly wet themselves. I use a leg bag to strap the urine bag to my leg. This lets me be mobile, drive and walk around. I also wear loose sweats to hide the bag. I also wear underwear with a large crotch opening over the collector pants. That works well for me. The price point is reasonable. Overall, this is a good solution for men like me who can't always get to a toilet in time and don't want to get cited for urinating in public.

I'll start off by saying that this does in fact work, but you gotta fiddle with it and get it just right in order for it to work properly. Otherwise it's an unpleasant mess waiting to happen... It's also nut incredibly comfortable, but for what it is, I can't really fault it for that. it fits to you with a couple of elastic straps, and buttons, which aren't amazing, but could also be worse. Long story shot, it does work, but just be careful if you do decide to get one, and make absolutely sure you take the time to fit it properly before trying to use it.

I never thought i would be using something like this but here we are, i have used it on my dad who had a stroke and let me tell you is great, as long as you use it as is intended , put everything in, and let gravity do its job, keep an eye on it for when is full and replace the bag ( yes it comes with 2) awesome quality, it is small on the waist so you are going to have to adjust it or like i did just add more elastic, other than that , perfect.

The bag hangs on the floor so I don’t know how you are suppose to go out
