Suprisingly good
Only had it for a couple days but so far, very nice. Ordered with a little trepidation, the reviews seemed almost too good to be true :). But they’re right - completely silent, heats up quickly in my 200 sq ft bedroom (10 ft high ceilings), and even looks pretty decent. The controls work well and there’s a good amount of options - little touch panel, or remote control, or the ‘smart life’ app (which although works fine, i’m not a big fan of - on the ipad, it forces the screen to be in landscape mode only, plus i have concerns about the app’s privacy and data collection). But not a huge deal, i mostly just set the temp on it in ‘eco’ mode, and let it do its thing, not much else i need to mess with.I’m upgrading from an old mica panel delonghi heater, which always had an annoying high pitched sound. So i really like that this is completely silent, perfect for the bedroom. The bugs bunny feet makes it hard to tip over, but the panel itself does get hot hot when in use, as expected. I think i read a review that said the plug get can get hot, but so far haven’t had that issue. Love the digital temperature setting, and when compared to my room thermometer, it’s quite accurate. My other concern was how this will hit my electric bill - while i don’t know yet, I’m hoping that eco mode helps make this cheaper to run than my old heater.Time will tell how well it’s built, but so far seems pretty solid. Almost bought one of those oil filled portable radiators, but glad i didnt, as they are reputed to make crackling or popping noises when the oil expands or cools their casings. Thought this was on the more expensive side of heaters (even at the sale price of $150), but sometimes you get what ya pay for - if it lasts for a few years and keeps me from freezing, then it’ll be money well spent. Considering getting another one for my living room, but i’ll wait to see my electric bill first 😁

Nice and Toasty
This heater is great. I'd never had a convection space heater before. It mounted easily, low on a wall and doesn't make a sound, like the rattly fan forced heaters I've had before. It heated a big room in no time and kept a space that gives me trouble in the winter nice and toasty. It works well with Alexa and Smart Home. It even has a remote, but I don't know how well that goes, because I control it with my phone.

great heater with accurate temperature adjustment
This is the second heater I purchased from Ballu. The first one was mica infrared space heater and that one exceeded my expectations. I purchased that first one for a big bedroom that we could not heat up with anything else. But once I saw how that one worked - I decided to buy another one for our second small bedroom. Problem with that was that the bedroom is really small - 9x11ft, so the mica infrared cannot work, because it radiates so much heat, that it feels too hot inside and there is no space for it on the floor. This is when I made a decision to purchase this one. It's a convection type and the heat just goes up from it. It works great. I love it. The temperature adjustment is perfect. You can turn the display off for the night, and it is super quiet. I don't hear it during nigh, no clicking, no buzzing. It is fantastic. But there is one downside. It heats up a lot. The back is almost as hot as the front. Don't think about installing it on the wall until you figure out how to insulate the wall from the heat. If your wall is concrete, then it's fine I guess, but not in a wooden home or on a cardboard wall. I measured the temperature in the back and it is 165°F. Make your own conclusion. Other than that I recommend it. Good purchase.

Great Heater
This heater heats my small room (10' x 15') quickly. The phone app is great because aside from adjusting the heat - if I forget to shut it off I can do that from my phone and not have to be near the unit. Operates quietly and comes with a useful remote which has a temp reading. I definitely recommend this heater. Used it only for one season but so far so good.

This product is not well made - "all expenses spared" quality
This thing is seems to bebuilt with any and all possible corners cut. From the fact that it ships without batteries for the remote and without enough screws to actually mount it to the wall (ships with 2 screws/anchors when 4 of each are needed), to the absolutely flimsy all mouth, to the fact that the app, the main control, and the remote control don't stay in sync it seems to indicate that this heater isn't a product made with any sort of quality in mind. The wall mounting bracket is flimsy, so the device rattles against if you step near it while mounted. The heater emits a very high pitched noise when powered up, which seems to be emanating from the display/controls on the heater itself. Common for low-end electronics. I have two of these heaters and both do it so it is a defect not something unique to a single unit that didn't meet quality control expectations.Google integration is sub-par. You can use voice to interact for most of the logical commands. However in the Google Home app the only options available are toggles for on/off and Fahrenheit/Celsius. The later is absolute nonsense since once installed nobody is toggling that. Missing is the obvious ability to adjust the temperature in Google Home instead of having to use voice commands to do that, or to find a device that has Smart Life installed. The experience using the remote is extremely poor. It does not keep in sync with the app and the heater, and then will completely override all the settings on the heater/in the app if you hit a button. Given that there is an upcharge for this version with the "more advanced" remote, this is a huge violation of expectations.I would recommend against buying this. There are two less expensive models from this company, one with the more basic remote and then one that has fewer features overall. My advice would be to consider those lower priced versions if you're looking to get a wall-mounted convection heater from this company, as there is no benefit to paying extra for this one.
