I'm giving this 4 for the time being. I am having a problem getting a cover back on the clamp. I know the cover will lock, but it isn't locking on the one clamp. I asked the abbreviated question (not enough space to give details), so this review. I moved the covers round, but I cannot get the one cover to lock back on. I tried tightening the clamp screws. Despite the instructions saying that I should feel free to contact the seller for any installation problem: there is no way to do that. That was the reason for three stars. OK, there are two screws on the panel where the lock goes--loosen them. The cover will lock back on. I am disappointed that no one responded to my question. I am also unable to post the answer.

Strong and easy to install, perfect for the XC60. It matches perfectly. Love it.

The rack came with only 3 mounts, not 4. I saw no way to contact the vendor to correct this. I decided to go ahead and see if this would fit before I bothered to ask for a replacement. The instructions tell you the first installation step is to “remove the cover”; they fail to mention that you have to first use the key to UNLOCK the cover before it will come off! After struggling for quite a while to get the covers off I re-read the product reviews and someone mentioned you need to use the key. That said, it fit great and appears well-made so I reordered it. Hopefully the next one comes with all its parts.
