Mudguard request
Best product for my child, he is enjoying daily cycle rides. You must include mudguard and bottle Holder in product price. Now are rainy days and my child had complained about mudguards

Worst product and service
One of the worst product i hqve come accross , first they delivered a faulty product which was returned and i tool almost 3 to 4 weeks to deliver the item , the replacement item was some how assembled in a pathetic mannner and and while calling the customer service they are arranging online calls with technicians , the techniciam itself had given reports regarding faulty parts and asked for replacement , no response from the company team. The customer care number given is not responding dont opt products FITKIT/ RPM/ URBAN TERRAIN

Worthy but missing accessorries
After 2 days of usage, I feel the product should be sent with few more accessories. Like mudguard, rear carriage and water bottle holder, bicycle bell. That's the reason giving 3 stars. Offering discount meaning should not be removing accessories.
