Since consuming this probiotic I've seen a huge improvement in my gut, skin and also reduced brain fog and fatigue and an increase In mental clarity.

Claims to use acid-resistant capsules to survive the gut but they're just regular HPMC caps. These wouldn't even survive a minute in your mouth (I know, I tried... yuck!)

These are brilliant! They have prevented a number of health issues associated i needed them for and are great value. Can't recommend enough
