The instructions were fairly easy to follow for getting the software installed. The software key provided activated the product; when you open one of the programs (word, excel, etc.) there is an on-line process that takes a few seconds to complete the activation process. This is the perfect product for the every day user for creating documents, spreadsheets, tracking your finances, etc.. It is well worth considering to purchase.

The Microsoft Office key worked flawlessly and activated the software without any issues. Delivery was fast and smooth. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it!

I love my old desktop Outlook but have no interest in Office 365. 2016 was discontinued by Microsoft and they annoyingly issued an update that literally converted my 2016 to 365 subscription! This will allow you to go back to single license desktop version with no subscription pricing. When you install it be sure to remove any subscription based licenses first even if they are trial versions provided with the computer or it will default to the subscription based version. Also after you install it you'll need to select "go to classic version" in the top right hand corner of the screen in order to view your PST folders

Calendar merge, was anything but automatic. The overall update experience was "clunky", not what I expected from Microsoft.

Not sure why so many others had issues with install. This has been the install routine for about 10 yrs. I had no issues getting it installed and working. With that said don't bother upgrading from 2021 as you will be disapointed with the minor updates.

Didn’t need office 365

I was a MS Office 365 user and I only used with one computer! The recent 50% increase for annual was to much and I chose the Office 2024. Here are suggestions before ( you getv30 days of access to cloud) change to Office 2024 that I did. I created a folder “Office 2024” on cpu . Then I opened any file using 365 that was in cloud, then did a “save as” to the new folder “Office 2024” After that I opened any file any files that were create with 365 and saved as to the new folder” Office 2024” Now! Once you get this the key should be in folder you recieve from Amazon . Before you open this purchase you must go to your Microsoft Account, cancel subscription, and then uninstall program. After the 365 is gone read card it will tell you how to set up! Need code to complete. After install I went back and opened files doing save as to place back in the “Office 2024” folder. Since this version does not have Publisher, I opened them ( remember you have 30 days after you cancel, to open) Then I choose “save as” and saved any .pub files as .pdf Since I was about to pay new price of $99 a year the price will work out cheaper. Office 2024 is supported up to Dec 2029

This product is not what I expected and there's no refund. It does not work on my computer and I wasted my money that I work very hard for. I do not recommend this product anyone.
