Absolutely fantastic picture
Absolutely amazing picture and tv. Can’t say enough to do it justice. This is my first OLED tv so maybe I’m a bit behind the curve but OMG I am blown away with how good this is. Freely works perfectly and am very happy with that so far. I have a lot to look at and sort out in the settings so maybe it will get better. I got a Hisense sound system to go with it so no complaints with that either. Very easy to set up and get started. Didn’t read any instructions and just followed the on screen prompts to get going.

Easy to use and great picture
I bought this to test freely with a view to cancelling Sky. Out of the box it was easy to set up. Picture is sharp and colours are vivid. I exchanged it for a 4 year old LG OLED that was far more expensive back then and it is easily as good and I think better. Not sure on sound as I use a Sonos sound bar. Freely seems to work fine, it has limited channels but the main ones are in HD and I have Prime and Netflix etc for everything else I need. Viewing angles are excellent without any colour fade, all in all a great purchase for the money on first impressions.

Fantastic quality from Hisense
Fantastic picture quality, very similar to the LG C4 overall. Vidaa OS is wonderfully fast on this TV, and haven't come across any major issues. Another review posted mentioned that an HDR channel/app appeared dull. Make sure to switch on dynamic tone mapping if HDR presentation is flat, it can make a large brightness difference in standard HDR10 and HLG formats. It's very well built, with a heavy sturdy swivel stand which allows turning the TV to a better angle. Audio quality is very good, it can get loud and has decent bass, it's obviously never going to be a s good as a separate sound system though. The only minor issue I've come across is that sometimes the screen saver appears slightly after turning the TV on even without the picture remaining static. It's only happened twice in 2 months though.

Was very happy but then I Sent it back🤦
Updated review* Uses the LGC4 panel. Really good 1000 bits of peak brightness. I was on holiday in Spain when this TV was delivered but was sent pictures of a pretty battered and scarred box. There are significant dents in the screen and after using the TV I got a flashing white power light that indicates a problem with TV. The hdmi 4 input keeps resetting itself to default settings everytime I select it to use my Xbox despite turning auto recognition off. I'm disappointed because I was happy enough with the display but I can see past the problems, especially after my old oled had similar issues but that was after 4 years 🤦 so It's being sent back. Amazon offered me £96 to keep it but like I said if it won't cover the cost of a repair once it eventually gives in over the next coming days. Another problem was I had to manually adjust the colours when using sky Q as the LG picture was a complete washout so I had to go into advanced settings and adjust each individual colour. I'm Very unhappy with this situation after Amazon messed me about on my original order of the LG oled77B4 which vanished and was never dispatched leaving us without a TV for over 2 weeks. I have 3 kids so this is highly inconvenient. They have given me £50 off my next TV/purchase in compensation but instead I've decided to get my original oled 77b1 repaired.

Great picture, Freely a mess
Great picture and apps work well but Freely a mess and difficult to watch satellite signals as no EPG. Cant record from Freely schedule. No way to change order of Freely channels, or remove the junk or add favourites. These seem like very basic features. Had to buy an external Humax Freesat recorder to get the missing functions. Would I recommend the TV? Possibly. Would I recommend Freely? No way.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Hisense TVs!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Hisense and I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. After just three years of light, normal use, my expensive Hisense TV completely stopped working — and Hisense has refused to take any responsibility. Instead of offering meaningful support, they sent me a generic repair guide and told me to contact a third-party repair shop myself, at my own expense. For a premium TV from a brand that claims to be “the number one global TV brand,” this is absolutely shocking. This is not just bad luck — it’s a known issue. After doing some research, I’ve found countless other customers reporting the same faults, often just outside the warranty period. The fact that Hisense has done nothing to address these recurring problems, and hasn’t issued any kind of recall, shows how little they value their customers once a sale is made. Other major brands like Samsung, LG, or Sony would never treat their customers like this — and their TVs last much longer. I will never buy another Hisense product again, and I’ll be making sure my friends and family steer clear too. If you’re considering buying a Hisense TV, don’t do it. Spend a little more on a reputable brand — you’ll save yourself money and frustration in the long run.

Disappointed
To be honest I have been a bit disappointed because the colours aren’t as good as my old Panasonic TV and the integration with Alexa has been very flaky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and it has a dislike of my Sonos surround sound system that drives me nuts. When watching TNT Ultimate sports channel the picture is so dark in comparison to conventional HD Channels it’s virtually unwatchable. If you adjust the brightness etc it makes very little difference. With hindsight I would have bought the QLED version of this TV or maybe even the LG TV.
