If you order a size up you'll be ok. The shirt is very good quality and comes with a full tie, not a clip-on. It also comes with a nice tie bar. The color is a rich purple. It is packaged very well, would buy again now that I know I need to order a larger size

The quality of the shirt and tie is very nice. The only issue that I had is that it runs somewhat small. My son normally wears a size 12, so I ordered a 12. The sleeves were way too short, so I returned it and ordered a size 14. That one fit a bit better, but the sleeves were still a bit short. The body of the shirt fit well. Maybe my son just has long arms, I don't know, but I thought I'd mention that for those of you who are trying to decide what size to buy.

Love it! Fits great and made my son's school picture. A plus, was that it was a real tie, tie. Not a snap on.

It arrived just in time for my son's 8th grade promotion. It fit a bit snug, so I'm glad he didn't hit a growth spurt and outgrow it before I could use it. It had a weird smell and the cardboard from the wrapping left debris all over the shirt, a washing on cold took care of the smell and debris. The color royal blue was very vibrant and the full tie was nice. It came with a little tie clip and keychain, I didn't see that listed, may have overlooked it, but it was a nice surprise. The material was very nice, my son liked the way it felt and fit.

was not true to size ,my son wears a size 16 but the sleeves of this shirt was way too short, too bad because the quality material is good ,had to send it back

Perfect fit for a 12 year old. Tie was a bit short. Shirt was nice and quality was good. You won't be disappointed in this item!

My son wears a size 10 in shirts - I bought this in a size 12 and it was still RIDICULOUSLY small and is also poorly sewn. Just initiated a return to Amazon and then I will wait until I make a trip to Jcpenney and buy a dress shirt there.

I have gotten several shirts and this is the best one I have ever got. I seems to be well made and I love that the tie is not a clip on or zipper but an actual tie. My son loves the color too.
