Best Support You Can Really Feel
These quality made pieces really give the right support, especially the arch. You feel the difference compared to the other products out there. They provide great comfort and cushioning, which takes the stress off your back, knees, and feet. They even last longer than other brands. I also used them to help improve the fit and feel in my boots which has me wearing them more.

Truly the Best Insoles for Foot Pain
I have been wearing Superfeet Green insoles now for nearly a decade. I have tried other brands, and even other models of Superfeet insoles (blue, berry, copper, and orange), but none of them have worked as well. At least in my experience, the build and quality of these insoles have remained the same every time I have replaced them. I tried these for the first time about 10 years ago when I developed a serious case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad. My job at the time required a lot of walking and my feet just couldn't handle it. Someone recommended that I try Superfeet, and at first I had no idea which of the insoles they make would be best for me. I have very low arches that are borderline flat, so naturally I first tried insoles for my actual foot type. They were ok but didn't really make a difference with my pain. So I decided to try the Green even though it was advertised for high arches. THAT is when I discovered my soul mate was a shoe insole. Everyone is different but let me tell you what to more or less expect if you've never used these before. These are not your typical cushiony, pillowy insoles that make you feel like you're walking on air. These are solid, and the foam is very dense and firm. I can see why this may put some people off; after all, at first feel they seem like they'll only make foot pain WORSE, not better. And truth be told, they DO hurt if you're not used to them. Seems counterintuitive, right? It's important to be aware that this initial discomfort is NORMAL and very common amongst first time users. In the beginning you may feel frustrated for having spent this much on insoles that seem to make the pain worse. But trust me, you NEED to give them time to break in. Your feet are likely not accustomed to this level of support, and yet that's exactly what those feet need. Especially if you have flat feet or low arches. These insoles force your feet into a more arched position which at first feels completely unnatural. But flat and low arches can bring on issues like knee and hip pain from taking on more weight that is more evenly distributed by those with normal arches. So yes, they are uncomfortable at first. You need to ease into them at your own pace. Wear them for an hour a day, then two hours, and so forth, and eventually the pain will not only go away, but you'll be amazed at what a huge difference they make. I use them in my everyday walking shoes as well as my running and trail shoes. No matter what the activity is, these insoles allow me to do it pain free. There are a few things to be aware of though that can't really be changed. Because they are so firm and don't really have any "give" when weight is applied, it COULD potentially change the way your shoe fits. These fit nicely into my medium width shoes as well as my wide fit shoes, but the fit is snug. It also will raise your heel somewhat. I've never found them to raise it so high that the shoe is unwearable though, and my feet still feel secure in the shoe. In fact, this slight heel raise has actually helped me wear shoes I couldn't before because of heel rubbing. These lift my heels just enough so that I no longer have that issue. The one thing I don't like is that these insoles can potentially change the performance of the shoe. For example, I have a great pair of running shoes that have a "springy" heel which feels really great when I do speed runs. But the springy-ness is noticeably dulled when using these insoles. Superfeet make a different insole that is specifically designed for runners, but nothing has been as good as the Green for pain relief and support. And ultimately that's more important to me. Hopefully this information helps you in your insole search quest. Remember, have patience, break them in and don't give up on them the first day. Your aching feet will thank you later and you'll wonder how you survived all this time without them.

Best Inserts Ever!
I Absolutely Love these inserts! My podiatrist recommended them a couple years back & couldn't believe the difference it makes. They are Pricy, but you get waht you pay for. She also told me these in particular (green ones) are the Best out of this Brand to get. Very durable, support is unreal, easy to inserts, not slippery. Highly recommend!

Cheaper and just as supportive as custom orthotics
I used to wear $500 orthotics, but they always wore out after four years, so the price seemed awfully high. A friend suggested these insoles, and I got a pair about six months ago. My dogs and -I walk at least five miles every day, and these insoles have been comfortable and seem to protect my joints. The first pair lasted about six months before one insole separated and the other looked quite worn. So I got a second pair last week. Even if I have to replace them twice a year, they still seem as supportive and comfortable as custom orthotics, and they cost less.

Buy
recently started using Superfeet orthopedic soles, and I’m honestly impressed. They provide amazing support and have completely changed how my feet feel at the end of the day. My arches feel more supported, and I’ve noticed much less fatigue when standing or walking for long periods. The fit is comfortable, and they slide right into my shoes without any issues. They feel durable and high-quality, like they’ll last a long time. Overall, these insoles are a game-changer for anyone needing extra support and comfort. I’m really glad I made the switch!

Good product.
Made a major difference in the comfort and wearability of my New Balance walking shoes. I cut the insert to size by laying the original inset over the new one traced the toe box outline with a Sharpie and trimmed with a standard pair of kitchen scissors.

BUY THEM! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! LITERALLY HELPS EVERYTHING AND YOU CAN FEEL IT
BUY THEM! YOU WON'T REGRET IT FOR EVEN A MOMENT! BEST INVESTMENT IN YOUR SPINE, KNEES, ANKLES AND SOLE. My mother has spurs and spinal injury and she is 57. I had spinal/neck, nerve injury and we both are using, the moment we shoved our foot into our shoes with this sole we both immediately began walking straighter and with less pain and my mother's spurs isn't killing her leaving her in agony. I purchased these after a SIGNIFICANT amount of research and read the reviews on here with images. There were 2 AMAZING reviewers who made it very clear what you will be receiving and giving guidance based on how low/high your arch is. I purchased bothe the Blue (medium arch) and a Green (high arch) to be sure my mother wouldn't have to wait longer for relief. We both need the Green colored one for high food arches. Another woman reviewed that they are designed a bit differently than the old ones the company sold and that you may need to trip down the length from the toes side and that a bench saw working amazingly great. I have not tried that yet but I am glad she wrote her review because I allowed me to know what to expect. That reviewer along with multiple others stated that this brand is the ones that they had been using for 20 years and that an ortho doctor recommended these to them and they never went elsewhere after these. So my mother and I have already ordered 5 pairs in the past week to keep them in the shoes we use most. I am sure we will still buy a few more as gifts because my dad tried it out and he said its great which is a lot coming from him who is a simple guy.

I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

I have a problem with my foot hurting from longer walks for a while. Physiotherapy and other insoles has not had desired effect. Could be that from using Superfeet Green insoles for months that my foot is feeling better after longer walks. Great stability, fit, comfort and helpful in aligning the foot the right way

These and the soles brand are both good durable insoles for people needing arch support. They are stiff enough to work well.
