This is NOT a do it yourself repair fitting, needs to be crimped on.
The item itself looks of decent quality. Well made, and should do what it says it will. The reason I gave 2 stars is due to the misleading advertisement. The way this description is worded, it makes you think that it is a tool less fitting that you twist on. It is not. This is a crimp on fitting. Not a do it yourself, in the field, repair fitting. Now to figure out if it would be better to buy a damn crimper or find a shop to crimp them, or return....

Proper fitting but no instructions on how to install.
Item arrived quickly but did not work. There is no instructions or details on how to crimp this item and I bought a hydraulic crimping tool that was over 4 times the price of this item and it did not even work. So now I have a damaged and unusable part that could not be properly installed.
