I was really concerned buying this replacement bulb from a different buyer. But! After the first use, my concern went away. I think this is even stronger than the original bulb I used.

This bulb fits my standard light socket. It’s easy to screw into my existing light setup without the need for an adapter. The build quality of the bulb feels solid. The glass is tough, and the bulb is designed to withstand high temperatures generated by infrared light. It seems to be well-constructed and has handled long sessions of use. I am confident of it's build. The bulb emits a considerable amount of heat, has been helping with muscle relaxation and pain relief. The infrared light bulb is very user-friendly. I simply screwed it in, turned it on, and begin my therapy session. It does not require any complex setup or additional equipment. The effectiveness of the therapy depends on the distance from the bulb as I understand. I adjust my position relative to the bulb, using the recommendations of 12-18 inches for localized treatment. I use it for various purposes, pain relief, muscle recovery, improving circulation, and even skin treatments. It’s great on my back, neck, shoulders, knees, and even my face, depending on my mood. It gets very hot.i don’t know if the infrared red light therapy supposed to to be this hot. The reviews about this might be just a regular light painted red might be correct. Concerned and disappointed

I need this bulb to replace the one in my heat lamp. Know I can relieve the pain for better sleep. Amazon provided quality service with the delivery, got the bulb the following day. Can feel the heat generated from the bulb, perfect timing quality and brightness. Now I can relax

Good light

I requested this bulb in search of an infrared heating option. While the pictures in the listing clearly show that it is a filtered red bulb, I was primarily interested in its heating capabilities for therapeutic use. Though filtered red light offers some benefits, it’s not the same as a clear bulb that emits both red light and infrared light. This bulb, with its red filter, does not emit infrared, as infrared light is invisible and will not pass through a filter. It has to be a clear bulb that emits infrared. I had doubts about using it in my small desk lamp due to the wattage, and those concerns were valid. The wattage seemed too high for that lamp, and when I tested it, it sparked near the switch. I quickly turned it off. However, I did feel heat immediately. I plan to try it in a larger floor lamp, but I wanted to note that the bulb performs well for heating purposes. The listing and pictures clearly show this is a colored red bulb, so there’s no visual deception, but calling it infrared is a bit of a stretch. If you’re looking for infrared therapy, this is not the right choice. But it does provide some therapeutic benefits from the heat and the filtered red light, just not infrared light therapy.
