Yesss it’s sooooo comfortable a great support in my back. The material is very thick and tight with great sweat protection the best part you can barely detect it under your clothes must must must must must have!!!

I am 5’2” 188lbs and I got a size Medium. It fits comfortably and has a good stretch. It doesn’t roll up on down. It snatches your waist. Worth the price.

Gave it 4 instead of 5 because I ordered a small and it’s a lil roomy the valcro doesn’t have enough on there to tighten it to your liking but other then that it’s a good waste trainer they need to make a extra small I’ll be taking this one back or handing it to someone else

Omg! The best back sincher. Is not only to keep sinch for exercise as much for me it helps with my posture since I have a real bad back. Keeps my back in check, flexible, not to tight, but you can make as tighten as you feel. If i lose more weight i might need size large soon, bc i order an xlarge. Im 38 weist, its good.Great item. It's a keeper!

Well…… I’m going to go with thumbs downVery uncomfortable rolls and bunches into side rolls , hurts a lot.Now I did size down 1 size but if you can’t size down your shape wear then what’s the point??, like honestly. But the biggest disappointment was the lack of coverage in length, what ever way I try to position it either there’s no coverage at the top and the top section of my stomach gets pushed up and resulting in my boobs sitting directly under my chin, which might sound good but when you are big breasted trust me it is not. If I try to pull it up my stomach hangs out of the bottom. I would say the best feature is the back support. The difference in how my back felt before and after putting in on or taking it off was immediately noticeable which would be top tier if it was a back brace , but it’s not. Going to return may exchange for a bigger size though……
