I go through quite a few of these as I cut them into smaller pieces to make pins. They're .118" or 3mm as described and work perfectly for my needs.

Great rods I use them for my welding projects. You can bend and manipulate them as you need, but they’re very structurally strong. I can’t get enough of these!!

Good quality but not precision ground. Mine measured a bit under 3mm at 2.95mm. But that’s my fault for not finding the tolerance's before purchase. Very good product if precision isn’t needed.

As a glass artist, I use these rods for plant stakes. They are perfectly straight and very strong. The price was also decent and I’ll be getting more once I run out, especially because I can get them so fast. I’m gonna try out some of the thinner sizes they have too.
