The retractable cords are great.
The speed, quality, cord length, and design are all top-notch. I always look for chargers that have multiple tips, and this one delivers with retractable cords. The only thing they could have added is a USB-A port.

Stopped working after 2 months.
Stopped working after 2 months. I noticed the charging was slowing down gradually. I plugged an item in about a week ago and it said it was charging but I came back hours later and the battery was the same. Now it doesn’t charge at all.

Unreliable and poor design
Unreliable and sometimes frustrating. Pulling out the cables moves the whole adapter around and sometimes dislodges it from the outlet plug. The cables work intermittently. Devices will sometimes run out of power even though they are plugged in to one of the retractable cables. Frustrating

Very handy for travel.
This is a great charger for travel. I can charge my phone, iPad and my watch (using the extra USBc port) at the same time. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband.
