Cheap, unfinished rubbish..
These pliers aren't a fortune , but they aren't cheap either, the finish is absolutely shocking, certainly not what I'd want to be squeezing delicate electrical connectors with . Save your money and buy the Lisle ones. I've had some rubbish off here but these take the biscuit...
