I love Augason Farms products. I freeze dry a lot of foods. This product tastes great. Easy to use and one of the best prices I have found.

These are amazing! I found them to be better with water than milk. The texture was different with milk too. It was kinda funky.

Something to have for the future

Augason products are generally inexpensive and good quality. I've been a repeat customer for 3 years. My latest purchase the cans were damaged and defeats the whole purpose of storing long term. The item was shipped from Amazon so not sure who to blame, but no one wants dented up food tins as its potentially harmful and will not live up to a 30 year life shelf. So overall Augason is an affordable good quality option for emergency food and shelf life. However, this last order I was disappointed.

I’m deeply disappointed with this. I had bought this brand before they changed something since. It was potato pearls that was very nice. It mixed up well and had a great flavor. Now? The formula has changed and now it’s flaked, mixes to a runny consistency (even after attempting to tweak the amounts). The flavor? Ugh. Very chemical taste. Won’t be buying this again.
