Great allulose
These have been consistently good. The texture and quality is excellent - similar to real sugar granules. Taste is good.

Fantastic Price and Tastes Great!
I was concerned that at this price point the taste might suffer but it is very good. Tastes just the same as the other brands I have purchased. The only negative-ish note I have is that the powder is quite lumpy in spots so I have had to break up some fairly large chunks but it is a minor inconvenience. Will be purchasing again!

great sugar substitute
I love this stuff. I have recently switched to a keto way of eating. It's working out for me except when I get a sweet craving. This allulose allows me to have a sweet treat but stay on my diet. I have tried other sugar substitutes but I cannot get past the bitter aftertaste of most of them. Allulose does not have that. Tastes just like sugar except its slightly less sweet so you do have to use more in a recipe. I love that this product comes in a larger size than most sugar substitutes I could find in my local grocery stores. I will be ordering again.

Good product
Good, knowing it’s not raising my blood sugar.I’d use no more than 2 of the small scooper that comes in the package, it can cause constipation in some people.

The best sugar substitute
I highly recommend Allulose for all sweets. I use for caramel candy and sauce and gelato. Also, as an additive, for example: whipped cream. It's not a sugar alcohol or an extract, it’s a rare type of sugar that we can’t absorb. It requires a natural fermentation process because the amounts in fruit are small and difficult to extract, which makes it expensive, but this particular brand had the best price. It's a diabetic food so it's worth paying a higher price for.

Need a ton to add any sweetness
Hoping this would be a good alternative to other artificial sweetners I was sadly very disapointed. I normally use 3 packs of Stevia in my coffee. I started with 3 heaping teaspoons and my coffee tasted as if I added no sweetner. Second cup I tried 4 heaping teaspoons and then finally five. It tasted like I put NOTHING to add sweetness. This was a total waste of money and now I have a large bag that I cannot return. If you have expectations of this working like I did I think you too will sadly be disappointed

Not super sweet but super safe
Ben Bikman famous researcher regarding all things metabolism speaks highly of this type of sweetener. But I'll warn you it will give you diarrhea if you eat too much at once. Put in my am coffee helps with regularity. It bakes well makes a good butter cream frosting too.
