This didn’t whip and form peaks like I thought it would. I followed a recipe and didn’t come out quite as it should have. Mixed well but didn’t do what I needed it to. Not much of an odor that I recall. Texture varies, depends what you are doing i guess. Good protein addition.

Whey protein is made from the dairy industry waste, its just dried and harden milk fats that they scrap off there gaint milk pasteurization containers. Eggs is the most cleanest and easily digestible protein and is considered the #1 Protein right next to it is fish and then chicken.

It required a very large scoop for a limited amount of protein. It tasted like chalk. I put it in a smoothie and it was too chalky tasting to me. I even split the smoothie in half and added more fruit to each half it did not help get rid of the taste.

It's excellent. Mix it well before using it, and use a hot, oiled pan so it doesn't stick.I've bought it a few times. It's a good product when you don't have fresh eggs or are traveling and still need your protein.9/10
