I have two indoor cats, and one of them is very playful. She loves interactive toys! I bought a similar toy to this one, but she lose interest in it pretty quickly. This one has kept her entertained more than anything else I've gotten for her/them. She loves it! I like that it goes into sleep mode, and can be activated just by touching it, and that there are various places she can peek under to play as well. My only complaint is that I can't get it to ever completely turn off! Still...it's a great way to keep your kitties amused. 5 stars from me

My 8 month old Kitty is very particular about toys. Many I have purchased she’s scared of and will run from. This. Oh my gosh. She is obsessed. To the point that if I turn it off she will sit by it and meow for me to turn it on. I literally had to put it out of sight for a while so she could spend some time with us humans! The charge lasts so long. If your kitty is bored or needs stimulation. I cannot see how this would ever fail!

This sucker is amazing. It has kept my cat amused every day since we got it 3 months ago. He chases it, he watches it, he carries it from room to room. I try putting it away and that never works. He is just so miserable and confused when it dies and has to be recharged. I honestly wish they had one the color of my carpet since I have to have it out always. (This cat just turned 3. My 6 year old cat plays with it sometimes but not like his brother - so ymmv.)

This is my 8 month old Maine Coon kitten of 11 pounds, and he LOVES this toy. What is so great about this one is that it will spin around then stop with the sound of a bird chirping, and HE has to touch the toy to make it move again. So many of his electronic toys, he will just sit and watch them do their thing for his entertainment, but THIS ONE keeps him involved. He had to figure out how to make it move after the pause (just touch the unit) and it keeps him thinking.

What a fantastic toy! I have three cats and they've been circling this and super-engaged from the moment I turned it on. Normally, they have an initial curiosity with anything new but move on quickly. It's been over 20 minutes. and none can take their eyes (or paws) off it. I've already ordered a second one for a friend. Best $23 I spent in a long time!UPDATE: It's now been several days my cats are still addicted to this toy. I actually have to end "play time" and hide it in a box. This toy is a winner!

This was a fun toy for our kittens when we first got it... they were nearly obsessed with the toy. The squeek drove us a little crazy, but we put it in a different room and it was fine; it kept the kitties happy for a while. They no longer play with it much, but they still come over to investigate it. I like that it can be charged with my phone cord, and came with an extra feather string. It has done the job that it was purchased for.
