I see so many reviews talking about helping indigestion and weight loss. Those are indeed very good things. I've been taking this for several days and noticed vast help against indigestion, too, but need more time to see weight loss. However, my apparently unique benefit I received from this—that I believe many others with bad face skin can likely also see—was an instant improvement in basically fully clearing my face of all non-permanent (e.g. not cysts nor maybe slightly lesser extreme) blemishes after finally deciding to take the full serving size of both (2) pills, on the 3rd or 4th day (not consecutive). Since December, I've noticed a strict decline in some aspect of my health, which caused a forehead rash (which might also have been making my forehead feel cold), and more recently some peeling not only from my forehead but other parts of my face. I feel like this has cleansed me anew, from that and other ailments. If a multivitamin is the best "supplement" one can take, then this product is the best "remedy", generally speaking.This is the perfect ACV supplement, since it has 'Mother', is mild unlike raw liquid ACV so that your insides/teeth don't erode from improper dilution (I'm guessing you still want at least 8oz. of water with this), has the most [positive] reviews average and amount of reviewers, passes Reviewmeta's "fake review" detection (for the most part, but still good enough for me, considering this is one of the only pills that has 'Mother' alongside all the aforementioned positive reasons), is convenient, easy to swallow, basically no flavor (to me), divided up into multiple pills for the full serving so that sensitive people can stick to one pill if they want/need, and not thick.I feel like the reviews saying the smell is off aren't taking into consideration that raw ACV likely has much more potency to it, where the smell of the larger amount of vinegary substance overwhelms the senses—whereas this is a concentrated powder form of it. I actually had the same concern when opening the bottle, so I thought I had just bought a scam until I tested it out by pouring a capsule into some water, and noticing a lot more vinegar smell/taste (at least relative to the amount in a single pill)! It could smell very mildly "synthetic" because of being a concentrated powder, thus having no larger amount of liquid to carry the more pungent and powerful smell. Maybe it loses a little bit of potency, but that's actually a good thing, because it gets rid of the risk of eroding your body; and, most of the reviews still experience all the ideal benefits ACV has gained notoriety for, anyway!

This formula blend is amazing, I’m not the typical case for taking these acv for weight loss (that’s a plus of course with a low carb eating diet I can achieve losing weight at a much higher rate while taking this specific formula) I had my gall bladder removed years ago and have always had some severe stomach issues especially after I would eat any types of grain, pasta, starches, sweets, milk bread the list goes on. I would be severely bloated and have some pretty serious pain after eating just a simple meal, I would feel like I’d over eaten to the highest point as welll as having heart burn and just feeling yuck. I found out that ACV would help my stomach produce the acids necessary to break down what I had eaten since my gall bladder wasn’t helping I really needed some help, so I started taking a different brand and it did help but honestly when I can across this brand with the mother and such a high potency I tried it and honestly can’t live with out them (I can just not comfortably) it’s honestly changed my life my husband has commented so many times on how much happier I am on a daily basis especially seeing that when we go out for dinner I’m not complaining and feeling like crap afterwards ruining the rest of our night. I know it seems crazy that sometthat seems so simple could be a life. Hanger but it truly is and this is honest I work hard for my money just like everyone else I wouldn’t lut false reviews out there for no reason and seriously I usually do t review products at all but I hope I can help someone else that’s maybe having similar issues. Of course speak to your docter in case it’s something serious or whatever works for you.

For many years I have had routine problems with my intestines (Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Acid Reflux). I have also recently started to have gallbladder issues, and started to research to find out what I had to do to help with gallbladder-related discomfort. In addition to things as diet and exercise, the one thing that kept coming up every place I looked was Apple Cider Vinegar -WITH MOTHER! That last part is important. I started out taking liquid, but you have to be very careful when taking the liquid, and it was a pain. If you should happen to decide to try this product, I beg of you, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST! I checked with 2 of my doctors and got the okay from both. From day 1 I experienced relief from the nightly bloating, indigestion and discomfort under my right ribs (from my gallbladder). After a couple of weeks I got really tired of dealing with the liquid, and decided to search to see if any kind of pill was available. It wasn't easy to find the ACV with Mother in pill form, but I finally found this supplier selling what I wanted. I've been taking the ACV for about 2 months now, and I cannot believe how good I feel. I suffered for years with intestinal problems, and the ACV has effectively relieved most of my symptoms. I've made no other dietary changes, nor has my activity level changed. Again, if you are considering this, please check with your doctor, and read instructions carefully before starting. You will be swallowing vinegar, which if not used properly can do just as much harm as it can do good. I would highly recommend this product to any of my family & friends who have the same types of digestive problems I've had.07/16/21 UPDATE: I don't remember when I first reviewed this product, but I'm still using it, and it's still working great for me. It was either December 2018 or December 2019 when I first started to take it, so I've been using it for some time now, and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
