Thought I would try this to see if it had any impact on blood sugar levels. Whilst I can't fault the product and capsules easy size to swallow, for me the tablets have made no noticeable difference to blood sugars however they may work for others.

Have taken for a few weeks now and not sure if it’s placebo affect or not, but have definitely felt my appetite reduce after taking. No side effects that I can tell!

Can’t really say much for the review I have been taken for two weeks now and haven’t noticed anything but it still early . for the first few days though I do feel sick after taken them and kept burping the taste from the tablets

legit review btw i know some worry they are fake. Iv been taking this for 3-4 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement with my sugar cravings and overall hunger. Im a massive binge eater and have not binged once since i started this. I have also lost 5kg but i cant be sure that this berberine has helped as I have been in a calorie deficit. Would recommend for people who binge eat, food noise is non existent now :) placebo or not it works for me so far.

Early days yet, but feel that my appetite has been suppressed. I feel more energetic and have noticed some weight loss after only two weeks. Sugar craving has greatly reduced. Long may it continue. Personally, I would recommend.

Es ya la tercera marca de berberina que compró y la verdad es que esoty muy contenta con esta. La tomó sobre todo para inflamación abdominal, para problemas digestivos. No podría decir algo sobre la pérdida de peso, pero si he notado el abdomen más plano y el cuerpo en general mucho mejor. No provoca irritación estomacal, al menos no a mí y tampoco a mi pareja. Aunque en la etiqueta pone que hay que tomar dos al día, nosotros tomamos 3 cápsulas con las comidas y no tuvimos ningún efecto secundario. Lo recomiendo a 100% y por supuesto volveré a comprarlo.

Berberine de bonne qualité, gélules bien dosées. J'en prends 4 au total sur la journée (2 le midi et 2 le soir, pendant les repas). Ça a très bien calmé mes envies sucrées, et j'ai pu perdre quelques kilos. Ce ne sont pas des pillules miracles. Mais combiné à une bonne alimentation, il y a eu des résultats visibles.
