I bought this for a trip to Spain which also had a stop in Amsterdam. No problem in these locations. Set up was easy on a laptop. During our flight I swapped the sim and upon landing it was working. The first time you turn on your phone, and every time your restart your phone, you will be prompted to enter the PIN that is printed on the card that comes with the sim, so it's a good idea to take a pic. I used a lot of data (not sure how much?) and probably didn't come close to using up the allotment. Speed was 5g in Malaga, Spain, and was faster than I am used to with my phone back in the USA. No texting, but I was able to make a few local calls no problem. Used Whatsapp and Messenger for messaging and calling. Interestingly, on a day trip to Morocco (not listed to work here) my phone found a network and worked for about 30 minutes and then stopped. This was a cheap solution during my travels and worked better than expected.

It worked well in the Barcelona region. Only issue was when we drove up to France it briefly stopped working. But then started working again before we drove back to Spain, so not sure what happened.

Activating was easy. Just send them email with required information and date to activate. I reconfirmed the activation day before travel and they replied to confirm. It did not work in London but worked great in Ibiza, Spain.

I followed the directions for installing the SIM . When I landed I cut my phone on in the airport. It asked for my code to unlock my phone. I put my normal code in the phone and it did not work. The company sends you an email with the code for the SIM card. If you can't unlock your phone to get to your email, then you cannot access your code. I was using an android phone that does not have facial recognition. There fore I could not unlock the phone and it will give you a limited number of tries to unlock before it permanently locks. I had to purchase an Orange SIM card at the train station and have them set it up.

So easy to use and worked great.

I took a Mediterranean cruise that started in Barcelona, then Mallorca, Florence, Rome and Naples/Pompeii. Every single city we were in had very strong/fast 5G coverage. Even when our ship passed between the islands of Sardegna and corse, I was able to pick up a 5G signal for about an hour. Like others have mentioned, the activation web site seemed a bit jenky, but there's no personal info to enter and it worked perfectly. You will also get a bit of spam texts, but I just ignored them. My biggest piece of advice is to KEEP THE PIN NUMBER HANDY. Every time you restart your phone, you'll need to enter the pin number again. Other than that, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Worked better than expected.

The registration process is very simple. And the signal in Spain is very good. Nothing to complain

Had no issues in Paris. Good coverage.But you are deluged with text ads in Spanish. Also, REMEMBER to keep track of the Pin as you will need it to get started and every time you restart the phone.
