Overheating false alarm
Not bad, but always gives overheating alarms.

Overheating and non standard quality
I bough this item twice bcoz i returned the first purchased one. 1st one was overheating although i was able to do the latteart. The milk texture it produces is good. I returned it bcoz overheating. The 2nd item i got does not make latteart milk texture and it is overheating.
