CrampFix QuickFix Shots are designed for athletes that need portable packaging whilst exercising. Its compact packaging makes it easy to fit in pockets, run/triathlon belts, bike bento boxes, and can be tucked up wet suits for open water swimming. Each single serve shot contains 20ml.
CrampFix contains a proprietary blend of Water, vinegar, sugar, salt, potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium chloride, and natural lemon flavour. It is not intended to replace water, carbohydrate or electrolyte supplements; rather it is used to improve the way these necessities are utilised during moderate and high intensity exercise.

DURING EXERCISE:
