My surgeon recommended this brand and it seems to penetrate deeper and work better than the gel version you can find at the grocery store. Bruising has improved quite a bit.

I like this cream. It has almost no scent and once it dries it’s gone. It applies easily and spreads well. Absorbs into the skin quickly and relieves spots. Nice product and a little goes a long way.

Ive been using this for 1 day applying constantly all day and it definitely helps. It took my very dark black eye to greenish purple within a single day, i’m very impressed. It’s like a wonder cyre. It’s def very small and you can’t be shy about reapplting it and using warm compresses, but it def helps. And my under eyes are usually so easily irritated, it hasnmt caused any problems. It tingles when you first put it on but it dorsnt actually irritate the skin, and it moisturises nicely.

VitaMedica Arnica Cream does what it’s supposed to — it soothes sore muscles and reduces minor bruising. It absorbs nicely and feels nice on the skin. My only downside is that it’s a bit expensive for the size, but overall it’s effective.

I love this cream. I've been getting injectables under my eyes and this is soothing,and helps healing of the swelling and bruising. Goes on so smooth and feels great!Also love that it has no alcohol that's irritating!

Purchased this cream to help with bruising/ swelling after getting facial surgery. I have very sensitive skin, and can't tolerate most skincare products, especially ones with fragrance. This cream has the slightest scent of Arnica, not overpowering and fades quickly. The consistency starts out like a white lotion but quickly absorbs into the skin and leaves no residue. Its not oily or sticky and leaves skin baby soft. Overall this product is wonderful and very gentle. I highly recommend trying it!! The bruising and swelling on my face decreased a substantial among after just one day of use. Give it a try, you wont regret it!

Over rated and more expensive than other brands I have bought in the past. None seem to make a difference in reducing bruise size or appearance. More expensive doesn't mean better results in this case.

My mother had fallen which resulted in bruises under her eyes, across her nose and on her cheeks. It took probably less than 2 weeks for the bruising to disappear. This product worked rather quickly.
