I’ve been using this for about three months. I buy it due to all the other ingredients for men’s health and so far I have not seen any issues and seems to be doing his job. Highly recommend.

I kid you not when I say this but on a calorie restricted diet if you want to lose weight such as for example-- 1,300 calories a day. And taking two of these daily. I really truly feel it helps with weight loss I am not kidding.I can feel the bloat reducing.I'll always purchase these and take two daily.
