I loved the chewy texture. The flavor of each bar was delicious. The bars have a decent amount of protein that help me go thru the day with out craving to much. The greatest thing is that they are low on sugar thats a plus. They are plant protein that makes it has a better meal replacement.

These IQBAR plant protein bars are a great option when you want a healthy, low‑sugar, low‑carb snack that keeps you full and energized. Each bar provides a good amount of plant‑based protein and fiber, which helps with satiety between meals or after a workout. They’re also vegan, gluten‑free, and keto‑friendly, so they fit a lot of different diets. The flavors are generally enjoyable, although taste preferences vary — some people love them, while others find a few flavors a bit bland or grainy. For a keto gluten free food bar, I won’t say great, but they’re good. At least the chocolate flavor, I also like the coconut chocolate chip flavor. Unfortunately the other flavors are rather lackluster. My only issue other than lack of variety that I like, is that I’d really prefer that they didn’t put in whatever little crunchy chunks they do. They are not really a pleasant texture and kind of take away from the experience they’re more like peppercorn texture than rice crispy texture. I have noticed that some batches have more or less of these, which is a bit suspect in terms of consistency of nutritional value. All that said, I still like them, just wish they were better.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to protein bars, especially the taste, so I was pleasantly surprised by IQBars. I bought the sampler pack with 7 different flavors and genuinely enjoyed all of them. My favorite so far is the lemon blueberry, which was unexpectedly delicious. They taste great and don’t have that chalky or artificial aftertaste that a lot of protein bars have. They’re perfect as a quick, satisfying snack, and I really appreciate the clean ingredients. The high fiber content is a huge bonus and helps keep me full longer. Overall, these have become an easy grab-and-go option for busy days, and I’ll definitely be ordering them again.
