Good smps for the price .low noise . Good build quality

The supply is lightweight and looks good. Cable length is sufficient. Doesn't make any noise whatsoever and has under voltage, over voltage protection. The build quality could have been a bit better in terms of the body and the warranty is of 1 year instead of 3. Otherwise the power supply is good given the budget.

Purchased in July 2025, after just three months of use, I experienced a serious issue with the PSU. While watching a YouTube video, I suddenly saw sparks inside the PSU, and the system immediately shut down. Along with the PSU failure, my extension board and monitor power adapter were also damaged, indicating a major electrical fault. I contacted the support team via email, but there was no response. After calling customer support, I was given the address of a service center. I contacted the service center representative, who shared the store location. Due to work commitments, I couldn’t visit the service center that day. The next day, the service person called and said he would come near my location to replace the PSU. He delivered the replacement PSU in person. At first glance, I noticed that one corner of the PSU was damaged, as if it had hit a floor. When I questioned him, he claimed it was minor transit damage. Since he had traveled for this replacement, I reluctantly accepted it. However, after a few days, when I decided to install the PSU, I noticed that multiple sides were damaged. Once I removed the plastic cover, the damage was clearly visible. When holding the PSU, I could even feel a wobble, suggesting internal misalignment or physical damage. The replacement PSU was only wrapped in a plastic cover, with no box, no proper packaging, and no accessories. The overall quality was extremely poor, making it look like a used, damaged, or possibly repaired unit. I strongly believe the service person attempted to provide a faulty or refurbished product instead of a proper replacement. I have not connected this PSU to my PC, as I do not want to risk damaging my system again. Avoid this PSU and be extremely cautious during replacements.

good product, working perfectly , but when shutdown the pc power supply is not cut out completely, if you have RGB keyboard and mouse the RGB light still remains ON, and also if you have metal cabinet ,current flow all the body of cabinet of PC ,

The Artis 450W power supply is really solid. If you’re building a mid-range PC, it’s definitely worth giving it a try. It provides stable power, handles typical mid-range components well, and comes at a reasonable price. For a setup that isn’t too demanding, this PSU should do the job without issues.

Excellent VFM SMPS with 120 mm fan. My old smps burnt and was looking for a reliable SMPS for daily use. Got it for Rs.999 in offer. Initial impressions the power supply is stable. The SMPS has long wires so didn't face any issues while installing. Buy it without a second thought!!
