Delivery service beat up box, BAD. WHOLE BOTTOM was ripped off and taped back on, in scary fashion.Was shocked that insides were intact, and vacuum seal held.Unpacked in place atop box spring. Inflates very quickly and well, no seams or dents or misshapen areas.No smells or off gassing detected, ZERO.Made bed and took a nap only a few hours later. Was exactly as described WRT firmness.This is, so far, a great buy for money. WILL update this after a month or so.ANY mattress change is likely to result in 1 to 2 weeks of soreness as your body gets used to it, so i am prepared for that, but so far ZERO complaints on feel or build quality.

After having a crappy mattress for a year and a half, I'm glad we picked this one. It's good quality. I'm a hairstylist that stands all day and deals with back pain. This helps so much. The 10 year warranty helps too, so I know I'm not getting another piece of crap.

I ordered this Monday afternoon and it was delivered yesterday afternoon. The mattress started to inflate before I even finished taking the shrink wrap off! Less than 10 minutes later the mattress was at 12 inches but I am leaving it to "breathe" for another day. I did do a quick test lay and it was perfect not to soft and not too firm. I'll update after some time.

Very comfortable. Arrived quickly, works well with our adjustable bed. I have had many back surgeries. This mattress really is comfortable for me.

This is very comfortable, I would give it 4 stars but they sent me the wrong size mattress and I had to set up for the old one to be picked up and tossed because it was open. Seems like a waste. Also they tried to charge me again because the pickup service didn't notify anyone it was picked up.

I ordered a firm mattress but it’s not firm at all. Your body sinks on the corners. One side sinks more than the other. I bought sturdier memory foam before. If you like softer beds then get it but it is not “firm” at all

This weighed 300+ pounds in its box so I feel you would need help dealing with this. Once unwrapped it exploded into a full size mattress. Easier to deal with. I broke my back and had to do something about my old mattress. At under $400 dollars I felt I could not go too wrong. It has been wonderful. The support is there and I wake with so much less pain. I am so very pleased. I put it on top of my old box springs only so I could keep my high bed. So very pleased
