The table is perfect and looks even better in-person. However, this manufacturer and Amazon need a higher-quality delivery service than CEVA Logistics. Despite paying $20 for "room-of-choice" delivery, CEVA attempted to leave the table at our building loading dock. The driver said to me, and I quote, "I'm by myself; what am I supposed to do with this thing?" We had to get building security to help him actually deliver it, and the driver was rude to security and was very put out that his responsibility was to deliver the table. On top of that, CEVA only delivered one of two pieces timely. They called us and told us that the deliveries were placed on separate trucks, and the driver of the second truck didn't come to work. When we tried today to find out about the second piece, we had to reschedule delivery - they did not reschedule for us despite not even attempting to deliver. When a business pays for a service, that service should be delivered. We're a small business; $40 of additional delivery fees paid for "room of choice" delivery, one piece still isn't here, and the first was a huge hassle and terrible experience.

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a 12' conference table from Amazon, without actually being able to see it in person, but this table turned out to be SUPER sturdy and the table top is thicker than most! We have been happy with this and it seems to be holding up well and withstanding normal use thus far.

Big table comfortably fits 8-10 people. Solid build really impressed.

Be aware they aren't kidding on the weight so, there's no way you can put the table together alone. It's a solid chunk of board. Also, this gets delivered by freight. Amazon's delivery dates are "worst case", mine arrived locally after 5 days, and the freight company was nice and rescheduled the delivery for the next day.

Delivery person was helpful, putting together was easy with two people, only came in 5-6 pieces. We have had this for a year and think it is great quality.

The table did not match the picture. It has been very difficult to get a refund - jumping through hoops! It has now been almost a month and I can't get them to come pick up this table and issue a refund. They have sent emails confirming that they will have FedEx pick-up the boxes, but it's been 3 weeks and the boxes are still sitting here. STAY AWAY FROM CYMAX -- if you need to order items that they sell; get them from someone else! I would give them an 0, but the rating system doesn't allow for that -- they certainly don't deserve a 1.

Great table. It showed up though like three days before it was supposed to and I didn't have strong men around to take it up the stairs to our office, so my female assistant and I carried the back end and the driver who apparently isn't supposed to do anything other than drop it off the truck help he was very nice. It weighs 350lbs so better have help when it arrives!!

When the table arrived it was unloaded. When we went to put it together the 2 large support braces were broken. I called the company they told me not their issue, I bought it through Amazon. Sent a message, after a few days I actually spoke with someone from Amazon. Since we were able to fix or remedy the broken supports Amazon gave a partial credit. So it was a win-win in the end.
