Grew exactly as they said it would. The oyster mushrooms are delicious!
I followed the directions exactly for the first 2 months and kept my a/c unit in one bedroom running to keep the room very cool (64 to 68 F) and they grew fabulously. Then I had to go out of town and kept them in a different place and it was warmer (72 F) and they grew fabulously, lol! So at this point, whatever the temp in the room is, is what we are going to try. The mushrooms come in waves, so you need to eat them when they are ready, you can't really plan around them. We had so many in the first round, I gave a bunch away. Talk about a great way to make your friends happy! (We don't have access to anyone selling oyster mushrooms in our little town, so it was a big deal). I highly recommend this kit!
