Fantastic mirror, very stylish. Looks great in my new bathroom. Very nice feature. Has a built in shaver point inside. Has 3 light settings and a heat setting to stop the mirror from fogging.

Can't get them to send a mirror that isn't wonky. This isn't a faulty part - the mirror has been put on wrong. It is so far out as to be ridiculous. You'd have to take the mirror off and reattach it. It is a shame - it would otherwise be a great product. This is clearly a widespread manufacturing fault and we aren't going to be buying any more from this vendor. If you have a look at the comments on the product apparently this is fairly common. They suggested the offer of a small partial refund to avoid me having the "hassle" of sending them back (their exact words). How about they check the products if they are made aware of manufacturing faults, so avoid the hassle of customers having to receive and check these for them? We have called the vendor and they said that they "can't check these on the way out - they just send them from the manufacturer" Well that isn't good enough. They need to guarantee the quality of their products. If they aren't fit for purpose, they shouldn't be sending them.

Comes built in a well packed box. Connected straight to provided electrical circuit and looks fab. My wife is very pleased with it. Love the lighting and shaver plug in port as well.

Decent cabinet , can't fault, bit difficult to mount on wall due to it's weight, small void on back to hide electrical connections, electrical supply cable on your wall needs to be near top of cabinet for connection

This cabinet is beautiful and has a large capacity for storage. Unfortunately it was too heavy and bulky to fit into my small bathroom and to fix on to the partition wall. Reluctantly I’ve had to return

Product stopped working after 5 months (LED light and Heated element stopped working). Contacted manufacturer and they wouldnt deal with it, they told me because the product was bought through Amazon, it would have to be dealt with by then. Thankfully Amazon arranged a return/ refund and I have since replaced the unit with a new one. Hoping this one lasts longer than the previous.
