This GENBOLT camera is real value for money. Very well made, well packaged and with everything in the box you need to get it working. It’s very easy to put up, just a few screws. Connecting it to wi-fi and your phone with the app is a breeze and then control of the cameras zoom, pan and tilt is at your fingertips. The picture quality is superb even in poor light and the infra red image at night is very clear. With an sd card, it records continuously or can be set just when triggered. It can recognise if someone crosses onto the frame and track them whilst recording. Battery life is very good even on dull days so the solar panel obviously works well. There is a battery indicator on your phone screen so you always know how charged it is. There are so many more features that I haven’t touched on but are incredible. There are so many cameras like these on the market but I do feel that this one does exactly what it says and more, so highly recommend.

Really impressed with this GENBOLT camera! Setup was quick, it connected to Wi-Fi easily, and the solar panel keeps it charged with no issues. The video quality is excellent, even at night, and I love the wide dual-lens view. Motion alerts come straight to my phone and work reliably. Great value for money – highly recommend! A great purchase and value for money. The 2 camera system is perfect and prevents needing two separate cameras to cover the areas. Once connected to the app its easy to install and control via the app.i Wifi and solar battery charging its a simple solution with no wires to run and no worries about charging the battery. Picture quality good too, with many features. A great product.

The solar panel keeps it powered without needing to recharge, which is a big plus. Motion alerts come through quickly, and the build feels durable for outdoor weather. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the app can be a bit slow at times, but the camera itself works really well.

The camera is heavy, which shows the weight of the batteries, and that’s a good sign. The dual-camera setup is great—no need for two cameras. The movable camera is useful to check other parts, and the motion-tracking feature is an added bonus for extra security. Powered by an 8W solar panel and a 12,000mAh battery, this camera eliminates the need for constant recharging or complex wiring, making it a convenient choice for home, or outdoor use where WiFi is available. It can continue working without a WiFi connection, but to access the recordings, you will need WiFi. This means I can set up the camera using my phone's hotspot, and once the setup is complete, I can let it record locally on the SD card (storage might be limited due to sd card capacity but you can use cloud backup for monthly fee) and review the images later if needed. This makes it ideal for installation in rural areas without any ongoing costs. The 8W solar panel makes it an eco-friendly and low-maintenance solution, but I do wish the panel was bigger for UK winters, as it might struggle to keep the battery topped up during short, cloudy days. Depending on the weather, it might need to be charged via mains power occasionally. With a 12,000mAh battery, the camera provides consistent performance, but I’ll see how long it lasts over the next few months. Another feature I like is the built-in spotlight, which enhances night surveillance by providing clear and colorful footage even in low light. The PIR motion detector minimizes false alarms by focusing on human movement, ensuring timely alerts. The camera is built to handle waterproof conditions, ensuring durability in various weather. The app allows real-time monitoring, notifications, and control, which makes it user-friendly. On the downside, the camera relies on a stable WiFi connection and works only with 2.4GHz WiFi, which might be an issue for those with 5GHz-only routers. The spotlight might drain the battery faster if used frequently at night. The app could also use some improvements to its user interface. My other GENBOLT camera has been working for over three years without any issues, which influenced my decision to buy this one. This camera is a great choice for those looking for a reliable, feature-packed outdoor surveillance solution. Its dual-lens capability, solar-powered operation, and color night vision are excellent. Overall, it offers great value for its price and is ideal for home or small business security needs.

Brilliant product and very easy to set up. Price is very competitive with similar products. Good seller and good communication. Good quality images and very clear pictures in the night. Looked very smart and provide security around house.

Camera does not work , battery does not charge and now wont even turn on. Emailed for support - no reply

The camera itself is good but there is no delete option to the recordings. If you want to delete the recording, you have to format the memory card.
