I love this product, and have been using it for over a year to make handmade watercolors, but just noticed the price hike of $5 more, when it was $14.99.

Bought to use a candy coating, works very well. very happy with it.

It works as a light emulsifier for shakes and smoothies. That's what I use it for. But I don't like where it was stored prior to being shipped. Seems like it was at a perfume shop or dunked in a bucket of strong flowery perfumes. I cannot rate this 5 stars for that reason. You never know what's this been in contact with or the purity of the product for that reason.
