When we tried to contract the seller -they were gone from Amazon. What come back do we have. this mis going on over 3 months now.,

We bought 2 units and unfortunately both of them were not working!! We tried them for 3 days only.. The humidity in UAE is 70 degree inside the houses and water tank should be filled, but it doesnt have any single drop of water. One unit had electrical issue and bad smell comes out of it We contacted Kesnos customer service and they said it is not their responsibility since we didn’t buy them from Kesnos, we have to contact the other seller who never responded, they only said that wr have to ship again to the US the products on our own expense, it means we have to pay the shipping ov 30 KG and it is guaranteed that our money will be refunded. We paid AED 3700 and Kesnos team doest even care! It is not a trusted and reliable company who care about their customer experience.

This machine working but it makes sound. The whistling come after few minutes/hours of work. The sound is so much loud that we may frightened after wake-up. This may due to air flow impact on grills or due to some other reasons. The manufacturer may not tested this device as per universal conditions.

I purchased this dehumidifier to replace one (from a different manufacturer) that wasn’t equipped to handle the size of my basement. This unit caught my attention because of the square footage it was prepared to handle AND it had a pump that will have the moisture exit and go up a tube. THAT was the main reason I purchased this particular model. In the short time that I’ve been using the dehumidifier, I’ve been very satisfied with its performance. It’s very quiet and removes the moisture from my basement which is large and needs a continuously-running dehumidifier… which this model does. I only had to set the setting on it once through the easily marked and lit buttons, and then it began working as I expected it to. If you have a large space to dehumidify, I would recommend this model for you, especially if the pump feature is something that would benefit you. I don’t go down in my basement everyday so it wouldn’t benefit me to just let it run and fill up the removable water tank as I’d need to empty it daily. And the regular drain hose isn’t practical for me either so the pump feature works for me. I forgot to mention that it’s on wheel and is easy to move around, using the built-in handle which also makes it easy to handle in case rolling it is not the best way to move the unit. One more thing: I needed to contact Kesnos Customer Support about a question I had. They promptly responded to me, and I appreciate that in a company. Hopefully, if you are in the market for a dehumidifier and have a similar situation like me, you will consider the Kesnos Energy Star Dehumidifier.

There is no doubt that this machine is well capable of moving moisture from the air. At high fan setting it is quick to bring room humidity down to a reasonable level. At low fan speed the noise doesn't bother me, even watching television. At night setting the timer and leaving fan speed at high has been very helpful in keeping condensation off my windows and glass door. Customer service have also been very helpful and efficient with queries regarding the warranty and option to extend it to 2 years with registration. So far so good.
