I’ve tried a lot of natural anxiety relief/calming supplements to support other holistic calming practices I use and this product is now at the top of my suggestion list. Tastes delicious and actually works. Within about an hour I felt more physically relaxed and was able to focus on my tasks. I take them straight - no need to mix with water both on an empty stomach or after food and have never had any adverse gut reactions. The texture is a tad thick - similar to an almond butter but not chunky or choking.

Well packaged and portable. It's a great product so far and I have really enjoyed using it. I tasted a bit like pure honey to me so it was delicious. I use it in the morning and feels energize when taking it compares to when not. Especially on mornings when I have a late night, it really gave me a boost. Definitely enjoyed using it but wish it is a little bit more affordable. Recommended

This is different from other stress supplements I have tried. Each packet contains a blend of Propolis, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, and L-theanine , ingredients that have been linked to stress management and cortisol support. The taste is not overly sweet but has a glycerine texture and taste, a flavor and consistency that might not be for everyone but is also not unpleasant.The recommended dosage is one packet daily and you receive a 30 day supply per order. I find this to be a bit pricey, compared to other similar stress support supplements I have tried. For those who dislike capsules or tablet supplements, this might be a great alternative, it just was not a good fit for me. I likely would have given this an additional star if the price were more affordable.

I used one packet and had a bad experience and got very sick. I’ve used propolis many times with zero issues. This is not returnable through Amazon and was redirected to the website that sells it. I called but their voicemail said they are not taking calls. I left them a contact message in their website and hope they reach out.I don’t mean to give it such a bad review, however, I’m not sure if it’s rancid or what happened here. It did taste off but that’s not always an indicator. Taste is personal for everyone.
