My wife and I have been using this grounding mat for a few weeks now, and the results have been amazing! The quality is excellent with a smooth surface that is easy to clean. This mat is the perfect size to place at the bottom of the bed, allowing it to make contact with just my feet and calves. While I didn’t notice an immediate effect when I first started using it, the benefits became clear over time. One night, I ended up sleeping on the couch, which doesn’t have a grounding mat, and my arthritis pain in my wrist flared up noticeably. Although this sounds like something from Avatar (connecting to the earth), apparently according to the NIH, there is documented benefit to using a grounding mat. We use the mat across the bottom of the bed, so that our bare feet are on it at night. I seem to sleep a little better, but my BF is sleeping MUCH better. He would be up several times a week with nightmares and has had only one minor one since starting to use this (few weeks). It's supposed to help with sleep and inflammation, as well as healing. No downside as far as I can see. Don't be afraid to plug it into your ground on your electrical receptacle, it's OK. Give it a shot.

This does not work. Slept directly on it for over a month. After sticking to it with bare skin, put under sheets. Have slept on for several months now. Neither my husband nor I sleep better, have reduced pain, still have headaches. Does not work as others have suggested. Folds up under us while we sleep. I'm confused by the reviews. Is ours broken?

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter in law but it came without a cable. I requested a replacement and it came quickly and with a cable.

Almost immediately after use, I noticed sleeping through the entire night. My husband works 3rd shift, and he quickly noticed that his sleep wasn't just sound, but effectively restful! My knee pain is improving also. Fits great across a king size bed, easy to use and clean.
