So i just started using an insulin pump. Went a couple weeks without one of these. So glad i got this frees up my pockets and i don’t have to hold onto my pump if i’ve got to use the bathroom or for when im changing clothes. Helps keep the tubing from my infusion set up out of the way and stuff. Its about as comfortable as its gonna get for one with a plastic clasp. The plastic connector is thin for comfort but seems to be good quality. Definitely more comfy worn over a shirt and ive found i like to wear it sideways. I move it around occasionally throughout the day to just give the areas im wearing it a rest. Had it for about five days and noticed i lost the letter L from it. The letters are like rubber stickers and wont last but this just made me like this product more and i immediately peeled of the rest of the letters so I've got just a plain pump pouch/sash. Its a good quality belt. I just ordered a second one so i can change them out and run them through wash.

What is especially good about this is that it is secure, has a decent pocket and is flexible. Honestly, this is a good product to carry insulin pump securely, as well as keys, wallet, etc. The soft material does not cause discomfort. The "buckle" securely latches, so that there is no worry of it becoming accidently unhooked. The sole criticism is that the pocket seems too large, and it covers up its contents very well so that it's not easy to pull out an item. I guess that's a good thing.

Looks durable, it's comfortable, fits my pump, but when I use the silicon skin for the pump its hard to put it in and out from the belt pockets! I'm ordering a second belt right away! If you know about any other that works with the 770g for arm, leg or any other place, let me know!

Great protection for my Medtronic 780G Insulin Pump. Cell phone fits snug on the other side very well also. Allows me to wear my sweats or jogging pants and still carry my pump and other important stuff with me.

It's good for pumps and phone's, as long as you wear it only as needed, but like myself I have to wear it 24-7 and wash it weekly. The seems starts to come off the front of the pouch.

For those who don't know, unlike Type 2 Diabetes, the real Type 1 Diabetes is a major 24/7 life hassle. This belt helps give me peace of mind, knowing that I feel fully secured with the belt buckle in the back and my large kangaroo pocket up in front. Very reasonable price! I've tried several different brands of waist packs for my insulin pump and this is by far the best I've found. It is comfortable and holds my pump securely. I do have to be careful if I take off the waist pack with the pump still inside to make sure it doesn't fall out- but this is common sense. I currently have 5 of these. With the first few I got, I would run them through the washing machine and dryer. I am certain that the dryer wasn't good for the elastic because they started slipping down. I now let them air dry and the ones I have air dried stay much more secure to my waist. They air dry fairly quickly.

I bought this for my 10 year old type 1 diabetic daughter. She says it’s comfortable but the part that holds the pump is a bit big but she’ll get use to it. I think for the price it’s a great pump belt.

I have the Medtronic 780g pump. With the silicone case, it sits tightly and securely in the pocket area. Without it I wouldn’t use it as the pump easily falls out. The pocket area is not secure. It has 2 openings at each side and no way to close it. It’s well made but the material it’s made of and no way to zip up the pockets, everything can easily slide out. Thank goodness I have a silicone case which holds it in place. Shame. Could be perfect if the pocket area could be zipped up to secure things in there.

I used this to store my insulin pump while I'm sleeping as I used to just clip my pump to my bra but it would fall off during the night as I wriggle a lot in my sleep... much more secure in this pouch great product and would definitely recommend to follow insulin pump users 😀
