My new go-to gum. Flavor doesn't last long, but it does the job. It's minty flavor is just right and doesn't taste sugary. That's why I like it. I feel like most gums that are sugar-free still taste sugary. I don't feel like this flavor does. It's a good size for one piece. I like that it comes in a sealed bag. It doesn't get hard instantly like most gums I've used in the past. I read that Xylitol has some benefits. So I'm trying to steer my mouth in another healthy direction. Overall, good gum and I have continued to buy it.

Good morning Amazon community. So, based on some thought of good mouth hygiene, and strengthening bone in the jaw, I purchased the Pür brand no sugar, no aspartame peppermint gum. It reminds me of chicklets, ( a brand of chewing gum as a kid). The sweetener used in this brand is the same as in your toothpaste. Allegedly, it should not cause tooth decay. I only have a serving every few days, so no idea if the long term effects are good or bad for us. But, the flavor lasts. It stays chewy, and if you have , say, 3 pieces in your mouth, you can " pop" your gum. Not sure of the long term effects if it loosens fillings, ( ask your dentist). It doesn't seem to stick to my teeth. It might be like trident gum to " clean" your teeth between brushings, but I tried trident, and beyond to way too much cinnamon flavoring, I never saw much advantage in that gum. So, in conclusion, it is a good tasting gum. Everything in moderation I guess. I like it. As gum chewing goes, it is a pretty good choice. I hope this helps your decision.

My mouth gets dry when I run — I’m a mouth breather — so I always stick in some gum before I start. Pur peppermint has been my gum of choice recently, and here’s why. It’s a 5K gum. For about three miles it keeps me hydrated — not with constant chewing or anything, just hanging out in my mouth with an occasional munch here and there when needed — and it has a good consistency and texture. Unlike other gums, it doesn’t start falling apart with all the air coming in or lack of use. But at the three-mile mark, it’s time for another piece. This works well for me. The flavor is good, and it stimulates enough saliva to keep me going until I can stop and properly hydrate. The other flavors don’t work at all. Peppermint is the winner for my needs. There’s more gum in this bag than I expected — a lot of miles — and the price is definitely reasonable for the benefits.

This gum is wonderful, it is tasty, chewy, the perfect size for my mouth, and the flavor is spot on peppermint. It is aspartame free plus it has my favorite, xilitol instead.

Love this gum. The peppermint flavor is super fresh and it has no aspartame. It’s made with real xylitol, tastes clean, and feels much healthier than regular gum. The flavor doesn’t last very long, but it’s worth it for the natural ingredients.

First time buying and trying this gum. I was looking for xylitol gum but sugar & aspartame free. I bought the peppermint flavor. So far its been a mixed bag, pardon my pun. 1 piece on its own loses flavor within a couple minutes and was not a lot to chew. 2 pieces still lost flavor just as quick and got hard as rock. Trying 3 pieces (because why not), after five minutes there is still a little bit of flavor but the gum is losing elasticity. ✅️ Xylitol gum that is sugar & aspartame free ✅️ Peppermint flavor ➖️ Flavor doesn't last longer than 2 minutes ➖️ Gum elasticity hardens quickly I'll keep trying since I have a whole bag.
