My favorite meringue powder!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like the size of this package. If you don't bake all the time and need royal frosting regularly, this is the perfect size because it isn't enough to go bad between uses like some of the larger cans and bags. It works perfectly every time, not too crunchy and hard, but set so you can stack your cookies. And it doesn't have a bad flavor, picks up the sweetness of the powdered sugar so it comes out perfectly.

Meringue powder
I tried this after Hobby Lobby replaced their Sunnyside Bakery meringue, with an awful replacement. This is very nice, I have to whisk it a little before using mixer to guarantee no meringue rocks in my icing. Easy fix and it sets up easy. I’ve been a cookier for many years and I love this product

Don’t save icing
First time purchasing this meringue powder. I liked the consistency of the icing but when left overnight it gets watery. The only thing different in my icing was the meringue powder. I would suggest only making what you will need at one time. I prefer other brands for this reason.

Bomb
Guys.. this is better than Wilton meringue omg. It’s so simple to use and tastes great: a lot comes in the bag and it’s worth the price. The quality is great . Textures are easy to manipulate and I just love it all around.

The Best Meringue Powder
Chefmaster Meringue Powder is an excellent product! Having the option to purchase a larger bag is a game changer for my sugar cookie business. I use this meringue powder to make royal icing, and I consistently achieve perfect results. For many years, I struggled to create the ideal royal icing, but this meringue powder is amazing. It produces a truly white, puffy royal icing that is a decorator's dream. I absolutely recommend Chefmaster Meringue Powder! Here's the royal icing recipe I use: - 8 cups powdered sugar - 1 cup room temperature water - 3 tablespoons corn syrup - 6 tablespoons meringue powder - 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla To prepare, add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Start the mixer on low speed (1 or 2) to incorporate the ingredients. Then, increase the mixer speed to medium and mix for 5 minutes. (This step is crucial, so make sure to mix for the full 5 minutes!)

My Go-To for Picture-Perfect Royal Icing
I’ve tried a few different meringue powders for cookie decorating, but Chefmaster totally won me over. Every time I whip up a batch of royal icing, it comes out smooth, fluffy, and stable—with perfect stiff peaks that make piping and flooding so much easier. No more guessing games or fiddling with consistency for hours. The powder blends effortlessly, and I love how it pairs beautifully with food coloring—especially Chefmaster’s gels. The icing sets up without cracking and dries with a nice finish, so my decorated cookies look just as good the next day. Bonus: no funky eggy smell! Plus, the resealable pouch is super convenient, and I can feel good knowing it’s made with non-GMO, kosher ingredients from cage-free eggs. It’s just one of those staple items I never want to run out of now.
