Great zinc supplements. Quality and economical. Helps with Melatonin production in the brain. I will definitely buy them again. Easy to swallow capsules.

It made my eczema disappear.
This has been my magic “go to” supplement. Several years ago I was fighting with eczema and it was so bad I was in constant pain and could barely use my hands. I saw a U-tube video with Dr. Axe, who suggested zinc. Who would ever know? I was so desperate I tried it. I had heard good things about Life Essentials brand, so got these. My eczema magically vanished. I was so surprised. It hasn’t come back. If I get a slight rash or some odd redness, I realize I have forgotten to take this supplement and I go back to it. I have no idea why, but this must have something in it that really is needed in my body. I am so grateful it exists!

My kids with ADHD take this supplement daily, easy to swallow, and it gives them the daily zinc they need.

Good brand and quality product
So far so good. Wanted to try this for itchy skin as others have said. We will see. Haven’t noticed a difference yet. For things like this Amazon needs to ask us for reviews AFTER 6 months.
