If you're expecting the sleeve to be completely cold, than this isn't the product for you. It fits perfectly around all of my to go cups and even keeps my hands nice and cozy. I've literally had it on my cup while pouring in boiling water and the sleeve has never gotten hot enough to burn me, even when I use my cheaper, thinner cups. I would recommend this to people who don't mind drinking out of togo cups 24/7 and to those who don't mind holding a warm cup.
