These work really well. I have had need for them on many occasions. Insomnia is troubling, but this can help solve the issue.

It works fairly well to assist with sleep, but it's obviously not perfect and not as strong as a prescription.

Just take one Gel cap before going to bed. Lets you drift into sleep quickly.

The media could not be loaded. I can’t say this product worked for me. I only tried it one time so I’m gonna keep using it and if my review changes on that within a week, I will change my review, but as far as the product goes, it was good. I didn’t have any clumpy mess like some of the other reviews so I think it might’ve just been a bad shipment that those people got. It’s definitely worth a shot for the price and the amount you get everyone is different so what may not work for me may work for you.

So much better than the pink pill type of diphenhydramine. These are a higher dosage so less pills to take and they're liquid gels so they work much quicker. Perfect for helping my insomniac self sleep at night. Now instead of waiting 3hrs for sleep to find me, these have me ready to fall asleep within an hour. Will only buy these from now on.
