I purchased this product to help me with Kegel exercises and to strengthen my pelvic floor. The product overall is easy to use and comfortable to sit on. The price was reasonable, and it works as intended.

I didn't try the product where it was suppose to be used. I held it in my hand and could not get it to work. It did nothing when it was switched on. I returned back to seller with no problems and money was refunded.

I've had to build up usage of this over many days as it's really effective, it makes my muscles work in ways I wasn't expecting. It's quite fun to use, and is definitely helping

Easy to Use & Cute Too! This Kegel trainer makes it so much easier to properly time and hold each rep thanks to the vibration feedback and 4 training modes. I love that it’s small enough to use discreetly while working at my desk—and the pink color matches my office vibe perfectly. Functional and aesthetic!

This is a great Kegel trainer. Sitting on it is very comfortable, and there are several modes to adjust the duration and intensity. This small product actually concentrates the vibration where you should grip it tightly, and it taught me how to do Kegel exercises correctly. After using it for a few days, I started to notice that it had improved, and I knew I had to keep exercising for better results. I am currently trying to do about 15 minutes every other day, and I am very satisfied with my progress.
