Great product and real apple taste

The sour apple taste of these are actually pretty good, I've been taking them now for about 3 weeks I haven't noticed any difference yet but I will continue to take them and probably buy a second jar. They are a little bit more expensive than I expected but they do have a good combination of ingredients.

I just got this don't know if it's effective or not, it's inexpensive, smells good, taste good, the only thing is it's hard to chew, so I suggest to let it dissolve in your mouth, dissolves easily

Decided to start taking these since I’m relatively active at 68 years of age but noticing muscle and strength loss called sarcopenia. Tastes good. Typical chewy gummy. Ad said take 4 a day. I take two in the morning and two at night. No digestive problems.
